As a Business-to-Business Sales Representative specializing in Retirement Plans at NestWorth, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and contributing to the financial well-being of businesses and their employees. Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation
  • Identify and engage with potential business clients interested in retirement planning solutions.
  • Utilize various channels including cold calling, networking events, and digital platforms, to generate leads.

Consultative Sales Approach
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with business decision-makers to understand their unique retirement planning needs, and tailor solutions based on the company's size, industry, and employee demographics.

Presentation and Proposal Development
  • Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the benefits of our retirement plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals that meet the specific needs of each client.

Relationship Building
