Chris began his finance career at leading investment banks like Bank of New York Mellon and Goldman Sachs, gaining invaluable experience in the financial markets. He then made a strategic shift to the tech sector, joining Tradeshift, a digital B2B marketplace. At Tradeshift, Chris led the launch of Tradeshift Cash in the UK, facilitating over $120 million in working capital for suppliers. This experience sparked his passion for supporting small businesses, steering him away from Wall Street to focus on helping entrepreneurs grow and positively impact their communities.

Recognizing the potential of the Secure 2.0 program for entrepreneurs, Chris has become a key advocate, advising business owners on how to capitalize on this opportunity.

Outside of work, Chris is an outdoor enthusiast, enjoying cycling and snowboarding in the Rocky Mountains with his wife and two dogs. His ability to blend his professional expertise with a down-to-earth lifestyle makes him a unique and approachable advisor for small business owners.

Scott Swinchock

Founder & Managing Partner

Scott Swinchock is a licensed and accredited professional with decades of experience in the financial services industry. Over the years he has become a subject matter expert regarding generational wealth transfer strategies, the structuring and implementation of tax mitigation plans and the utilization of life insurance as an asset class. Scott has a passion for financial planning and his vision for NestWorth is to assist individuals and business owners/executives in becoming financial accountability partners to one another. It is through this type of relationship that true collaboration occurs.

Scott lives in Washington, Pennsylvania with wife of 12 years, Janel, 2 daughters, Emily & Ella and his Bernedoodle, Sadie. In his free time, which isn’t very much, you can find him on the golf course (trying to avoid double bogeys), traveling the globe, and/or in a restaurant (enjoying the meal as the chef intended).

What is the difference between an “ordinary” life and an “extraordinary” life? It’s simply the “extra”! Live extra, breathe extra, act extra…just be extra!!!
